Since 2009
Scribe Synergy was founded in 2009 to provide professional transcription and hearing support for Malaysia's legal sector.
Our work has always involved more than converting speech into text. Legal proceedings require careful listening, accurate speaker identification, familiarity with legal terminology and an understanding of how the final transcript will be used.
Over the years, we have supported thousands of hearings and arbitrations, including proceedings that ran for weeks. We have worked in rooms that were never designed for audio capture and transcribed exchanges that moved naturally between English and Bahasa Malaysia, sometimes within the same sentence.
We have learned the difference between formal directions from the bench, rapid exchanges between counsel and hesitant testimony from a witness. These details affect how a proceeding must be recorded, understood and presented in the final transcript.
That experience continues to shape our transcription services, recording workflows and the technology we build today.
