Our team will review the submission and send you a quotation with the available turnaround options. For recordings submitted before 4.30 p.m. on a business day, we will usually respond on the same day.
Confirm the Work

Uploading a file does not automatically begin the transcription. Work starts once you have accepted the quotation and confirmed the required service, format and turnaround.
Receive Your Transcript

The completed transcript will be delivered in the agreed format and within the confirmed timeline.

Our request form takes a while to load, it wants to ensure nothing is missed when you complete it. You are advised to upload your files on the desktop as some of the mobile options may not be available. You may also choose SAAT for same day transcripts!
