Recording Managed From Start to Finish
Before the Proceeding

We review the session requirements, assess the available room or online setup and prepare the appropriate recording equipment.
Individual microphones are provided for speaking parties to improve audio clarity and support speaker identification.
During the Proceeding

A trained Case Reporter sets up and monitors the recording throughout the session.
The Case Reporter checks audio levels, manages the recording equipment and responds to technical issues that may arise.
Video capture can also be arranged where required.
After the Proceeding

Recordings can be organised with bookmarks and timestamps to make important sections easier to locate.
Files can then be prepared for secure transfer, protected storage or transcription, depending on the agreed workflow.
